Egg-citing times at Parkroyal on Pickering this coming Easter Sunday on 27 March 2016! Lime Restaurant at Super Easter Lunch is set to offer a one-day only special menu with a whole range of unique menu items for this wonderful occasion.
Egg-lovers will be able to treat themselves to a unique Lobster Eggs Benedict featuring a 65°C Sous-vide Egg atop a Crispy Toasted English Muffin served with Spiced Hollandaise sauce. In addition to the Super Lunch Sunday mainstays such as Roasted Wagyu Topside and Duo of Foie Gras, chefs will also be serving up Australian Fish and Chips, German Schnitzel and Blue Swimmer Crab Pizza at the open kitchens on demand for guests.
Staying true to the Easter spirit, chocolates and an array of sweet treats are sure to be the highlight of the brunch. Fans of Crepes can make a bee-line for the live station serving the popular dessert with Nutella and Banana or Durian and Gula Melaka. The dessert ”garden’’ will feature traditional chocolate Easter eggs and the signature green tea chocolate fountain at the restaurant entrance will turn rosy pink with free-flowing Strawberry Swiss chocolate.
Families with kids will also be egg-static to know that there will be a special Bouncy Castle and Eggs-travagant Easter Egg Hunt. There will be face painting balloon sculpting services at our dedicated kids’ corner – so you can indulge in the Super Easter Lunch at Lime while the children keep themselves entertained. Join the kids at 1:30pm for the egg-travagant Easter Egg Hunt and stand to win prizes such as buffet dining vouchers and other Easter surprises.
