Ramen fans rejoice, Ramen Keisuke has just recently opened its newest outlet at Clarke Quay. Titled Ramen Keisuke Lobster King, it serves the unique lobster broth ramen, Chef Keisuke Takeda’s latest creation.
Served exclusively at the Clarke Quay outlet, Ramen Keisuke’s latest creation is sure to be a hit with seafood lovers. The unique broth is prepared using only premium French rock lobsters specially imported from France. First, the rock lobsters are de-shelled, and the shell is pan-fried before being finely crushed. The shell bits are simmered for 6 hours with a special blend of herbs and vegetables to create the flavourful clear broth.
Lobster King serves only 4 options for ramen, Lobster Broth Ramen with Clear Soup (S$13.90), Lobster Broth Ramen with Rich Creamy Soup (S$14.90), Miso Lobster Broth Ramen (S$14.90) and Spicy Miso Lobster Broth Ramen ($15.90). Regardless of which option you choose, all are served with tender pork belly, chicken char siew, black pepper prawn wontons, and crunchy bamboo shoots. If you do order the rich creamy soup, be prepared for an extra intense taste as the broth is simmered for an additional 4 to 6 hours.
Situated right in the heart of Clarke Quay, Ramen Keisuke Lobster King is perfect for party goers seeking a late night or early morning meal, depending on how late (or early) you party until. For regular customers, do take note that the opening hours are from 6.00pm to 5.00am daily so don’t go there expecting lunch.
